§ 14-33-16-12 — Majority of votes

A majority of all votes cast determines the issue of dissolution of the district, as long as the total votes cast at least equals the number of freeholders petitioning for the election. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-3-96(b) part.]
