Text
If a petition filed under section 1 of this chapter does not meet the requirements set forth in sections 1 through 4 of this chapter, the board shall:
(1)declare the petition invalid;
(2)in writing, inform the person who filed the petition that the
petition is invalid, specifying the reason or reasons for the
invalidity of the petition; and
(3)return the petition to the person who filed it for the
incorporation of corrections to remedy the invalidity.
