Text
(a)To incorporate the described territory
within the district, the board shall do the following not more than thirty
(30)days after certifying the election:
(1)Appoint two (2) individuals who meet the qualifications set
forth in IC 14-32-4-1(c) as supervisors of the district.
(2)Establish the length of the terms of the appointed supervisors
within the limits set forth in subsection (b).
(b)The term of one (1) supervisor appointed under subsection (a)
may not be more than three (3) years. The term of the other supervisor
appointed under subsection (a) may not be more than two (2) years.
