Text
(a)Land occupiers of a district may file a
petition with the board requesting either of the following:
(1)That the boundaries of the district be changed to encompass
territory described in the petition.
(2)That the district cease to operate and be dissolved.
(b)A petition filed under this section must be signed by at least
twenty-five (25) land occupiers whose tracts of land are located within
the boundaries of the district referred to in the petition.
