§ 14-32-5-6 — Cooperation among districts

Districts organized under this article or IC 13-3-1 (before its repeal) may cooperate with each other in carrying on the work of the districts. However, this section does not permit the transfer of authority or powers from one (1) district to another. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-3-1-9.]
