Text
(a)To obtain a ginseng dealer's license, a
person must do the following:
(1)Apply to the department for the license in the manner
prescribed by the department.
(2)Pay a license fee of one hundred dollars ($100) before August
15 of each year.
(b)A ginseng dealer's license expires annually on August 31.
