§ 14-31-3-15 — Violations; purchasing and selling without a license
A ginseng dealer who:
(1)purchases or sells ginseng for resale or exportation without a
license; or
(2)obtains a license because of a false or an incorrect statement;
commits a Class B misdemeanor.
