§ 14-31-3-12 — Scientific research
The department may carry out scientific research on ginseng to determine the following:
(1)The distribution and abundance of ginseng throughout
Indiana.
(2)The effects of current and future harvesting and cultivation
practices on the survival of ginseng in Indiana.
