Text

A county shall use money retained under section 3(d)(2) and 3(d)(3) of this chapter for the following purposes:

(1)To improve flood storage capacity along the rivers in the designated watershed of the watershed development commission.
(2)For flood damage reduction and drainage projects within the designated watershed of the commission. However, money may not be used for highway bridge repairs or reconstruction.
