Text
A member of the board of a watershed
development commission is not entitled to receive any compensation
for performance of the member's duties except that a member is
entitled to a minimum salary per diem from the watershed development
commission for the member's participation in board meetings. The
amount of the per diem is equal to the amount of the per diem provided
under IC 4-10-11-2.1(b).
