Text
(a)The board of a watershed development
commission shall meet:
(1)at least four (4) times per calendar year; and
(2)on the call of either of the following:
(A)The chair.
(B)A quorum of the members of the board.
(b)A majority of the voting members of a board constitutes a
quorum.
(c)The affirmative votes of a majority of the voting members of a
board are required for the board to take action.
(d)A board may adopt rules for the transaction of business.
(e)A board shall keep a record of its findings, resolutions, and
transactions. The record kept under this subsection is a public record
open to inspection and copying under IC 5-14-3.
