Text
(a)A watershed development commission
may receive grants and appropriations from the following:
(1)Federal, state, and local governments.
(2)Individuals, foundations, and other organizations.
(b)A watershed development commission may enter into
agreements or contracts regarding the acceptance or use of grants and
appropriations for the purpose of carrying out the commission's
activities under this chapter.
(c)A watershed development commission must expend money
appropriated to the commission for the purpose for which the money
is appropriated.
