Indiana Statutes
§ 14-30-3-4 — "St. Joseph River basin"
As used in this chapter, "St. Joseph River
basin" means the area in Elkhart County, Kosciusko County, LaGrange
County, Noble County, St. Joseph County, and Steuben County that
drains into the St. Joseph River.
