Text
The commission may adopt rules to do the following:
(1)Require that increased water runoff resulting from new
construction be impounded on the construction site.
(2)Permit the requirement of onsite water impoundment under
subdivision (1) to be waived upon payment of a reasonable fee by
the developer of the new construction.
