§ 14-30-2-7 — Participating county; designation

Indiana·Art. 30 RIVER BASIN COMMISSIONS·Ch. 2 Maumee River Basin Commission

The executive of a county that includes territory in the Maumee River basin may do the following:

(1)Elect to participate in the commission by designating the county as a participating county.
(2)Revoke the designation. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 36-7-6.1-6.]
