§ 14-30-2-18 — Appropriations to carry out commission's responsibilities under cooperative agreement
A political subdivision in a participating
county may appropriate money to the commission to carry out any of
the commission's responsibilities under a cooperative agreement
described in section 14 of this chapter. Money appropriated to the
commission that remains at the end of a year does not revert to the
political subdivision appropriating the money.
