Text
The use of a stream designated under this chapter does not do any of the following:
(1)Impose a duty upon the riparian landowner or tenant to
provide for the safe use of the stream.
(2)Affect ownership of the bed of the stream.
(3)Affect a determination of the stream's navigability.
