Text
This chapter does not require a change in the plans, construction, or designated use of a building for which a building permit was issued before the river commission was established if the following conditions are met:
(1)Construction is begun not later than ninety (90) days of the
date of the permit.
(2)The building is completed according to the plans not later than
two (2) years from the date the river commission was established.
