§ 14-29-7-20 — Appeals

Indiana·Art. 29 RIVERS, STREAMS, AND WATERWAYS·Ch. 7 River Commissions
A person adversely affected by a decision of a river commission may appeal the decision, de novo, to the circuit or superior court with jurisdiction in the county in which the affected land is located. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-27-20.]
