Text

As used in this chapter, "adjacent land" means the area of land paralleling, but not necessarily contiguous to, a river needed to preserve, protect, and manage the natural, scenic, or recreational character of the river. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-26-3(g).]
