Text

(a)A person who knowingly takes sand, gravel, stone, or other mineral or substance from or under the bed of the navigable water of Indiana without a permit commits a Class B infraction.
(b)Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate infraction. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-3-1-14.5(e).]
