§ 14-29-3-4 — Taking without permit
(a)A person who knowingly takes sand, gravel,
stone, or other mineral or substance from or under the bed of the
navigable water of Indiana without a permit commits a Class B
infraction.
(b)Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate infraction.
