Indiana Statutes
§ 14-29-1-6 — Removal of obstructions; money
The board of county commissioners may use the money:
(1)that is appropriated from the county treasury; and
(2)as the board of county commissioners considers necessary;
to remove obstructions from streams that are declared navigable under
this chapter.
