§ 14-29-1-1 — Petition

Indiana·Art. 29 RIVERS, STREAMS, AND WATERWAYS·Ch. 1 Navigable Waterways
The board of county commissioners of each county may declare any stream or watercourse in the county navigable on the petition of at least twenty-four (24) freeholders of the county residing in the vicinity of the stream. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-4-1.]
