§ 14-28-4-6 — Officers
(a)At the first regular meeting of each year the
commission shall elect from the members of the commission the
following officers:
(1)A president.
(2)A vice president.
(3)A secretary.
(b)The vice president may act as president of the commission
during the absence or disability of the president.
