Text
(a)Commission members serve terms of one
(1)year, beginning with the first Monday of January of each year. The
initial members serve from the date of establishment of the commission
until the first Monday of January of the following year.
(b)If a vacancy occurs, the appointing authority shall appoint a
member to fill the unexpired term.
