Text
In:
(1)a proceeding by a county or municipality for the taking,
appropriation, or condemnation of land; or
(2)an action against a county or municipality;
compensation or damages may not be awarded for the taking of or
injury to a structure erected in violation of an ordinance adopted under
this chapter or under IC 13-2-22.6 (before its repeal).
