§ 14-28-4-24 — Referral of proposed amendment, supplement, or repeal to commission
The legislative body shall refer a proposed
ordinance for the amendment, supplement, or repeal of the zoning
ordinance not originating from petition of the commission to the
commission for consideration and a report before the legislative body
of the county or municipality takes final action.
