Text
The:
(1)commission; or
(2)owners of at least fifty percent (50%) of the land area involved
in the matter set forth in a petition;
may present signed petitions to the legislative body of the county or
municipality requesting an amendment or supplement of the
regulations of the zoning ordinance.
