Text

The legislative body of the county or municipality may amend or supplement the regulations and district boundaries fixed by ordinance under this chapter or IC 13-2-22.6 (before its repeal). However, the area designated as flood plain may not be changed unless the change is based upon data:

(1)supplied by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development; or
