Text
(a)The commission shall prepare and
present the proposed initial zoning ordinance, with explanatory maps,
to the legislative body of the county or municipality.
(b)The legislative body shall do the following:
(1)Consider the proposed initial zoning ordinance.
(2)Return the ordinance within forty-five (45) days with any
suggestions and recommendations to the commission for the
commission's final report.
