Text

(a)The commission, county, or municipality may accept gifts, donations, and grants from private and governmental sources for commission purposes. Money accepted shall be deposited in a special nonreverting commission fund available for expenditure by the commission for the purpose designated by the donor.
(b)The disbursing officer of the county or municipality shall draw warrants against regular funds or the special nonreverting fund only upon claims signed by the president and secretary of the commission. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-22.6-9.]
