§ 14-28-1-8 — Right of entry upon premises
Indiana·Art. 28 FLOOD CONTROL
The commission and the commission's agents,
engineers, surveyors, and other employees may enter upon any land or
water in Indiana for the purpose of making an investigation, an
examination, or a survey provided by this chapter.
