§ 14-28-1-6 — Furnishing of information
Indiana·Art. 28 FLOOD CONTROL
Each county agent, city engineer, county
engineer, county surveyor, and state agency shall obtain, provide, and
furnish pertinent data and information that is requested by an order of
the commission or the office of administrative law proceedings, subject
to the approval of the governor.
