§ 14-28-1-34 — Violations; penalties
Indiana·Art. 28 FLOOD CONTROL
A person who knowingly fails to comply
with section 22(n) of this chapter commits a Class B infraction. Each
day a person violates section 22(n) of this chapter constitutes a separate
infraction.
