§ 14-28-1-32 — Violations; Class B infractions
Indiana·Art. 28 FLOOD CONTROL
(a)A person who knowingly violates section
20(2), 20(3), or 29 of this chapter commits a Class B infraction.
(b)Each day of continuing violation after conviction of the offense
constitutes a separate offense.
