§ 14-28-1-18 — Easements and rights-of-way

(a)This section applies to real property:
(1)for which the state has the custody, management, possession, or control; and
(2)in which the state has a right, a title, or an interest.
(b)The state may, with the written approval of the governor, give, grant, and convey to any person:
(1)easements;
(2)rights-of-way; and
(3)the right and privilege; to construct, erect, maintain, operate, and use any works or structures in connection with flood control or water resources on and in the real property. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-22-12 part.]
