§ 14-28-1-10 — Title to property
Indiana·Art. 28 FLOOD CONTROL
The title to all land, easements, flood easements, or other interest in land or other property or rights acquired by the commission must be:
(1)approved by the attorney general; and
(2)taken in the name of the state of Indiana.
