Text
Notice given under section 7 of this chapter must state the following:
(1)The date of the filing.
(2)The time and place of the hearing.
(3)The fact that the petition requests the establishment of a
district.
(4)The name and a general description of the dredge ditch or
drain for which it is proposed to establish the district.
