Indiana Statutes
§ 14-27-6-9 — Board; eligibility of members
To be eligible to be appointed as a member of the board, an individual must meet the following conditions:
(1)Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
(2)Be a resident householder of the city if appointed by the city
executive.
(3)Be a resident of the county.
