§ 14-27-6-8 — Board; members
(a)The board consists of three (3) members as
follows:
(1)Two (2) members shall be appointed by the city executive.
(2)One (1) member shall be appointed by the board of
commissioners of the county if the fiscal body of the county
adopted an ordinance under section 6 of this chapter or under IC 13-2-31-2 (before its repeal).
(b)Not more than two (2) members of the board may be members
of the same political party.
