§ 14-27-6-28 — Effective dates of ordinances

Indiana·Art. 27 LEVEES, DAMS, AND DRAINAGE·Ch. 6 Levee Authority in Vanderburgh County
Whenever the board adopts an ordinance, the board shall at the same meeting designate the effective date of the ordinance. If the board fails to designate the effective date of the ordinance in the record of the proceedings of the board, the ordinance takes effect fourteen (14) days after passage.
