Text
(a)The board shall by rule provide for
regular meetings to be held not less than at semimonthly intervals
throughout the year. The board shall keep meetings open to the public.
(b)The board shall convene a special meeting when a special
meeting is called. The chairman or a majority of the members of the
board may call a special meeting. The board shall do the following:
(1)Establish by rule a procedure for calling special meetings.
(2)Give notice of a special meeting that is open to the public by
publication one (1) time, not less than twenty-four (24) hours
before the time of the meeting, in each of two (2) daily
newspapers of general circulation in the district.
