§ 14-27-6-17 — Board; officers
The board shall, at the board's first regular meeting to be conducted on the first July 1 or January 1 following appointment of the members and annually thereafter, elect the following officers:
(1)One (1) of the members as president.
(2)Another of the members as vice president, who shall perform
the duties of the president during the absence or disability of the
president.
