Text
(a)Except as otherwise provided in this
chapter, a member of the board serves for a term of three (3) years:
(1)beginning at noon on the day of the first meeting of the board;
and
(2)continuing until a successor has qualified for the office.
(b)A member of the board is eligible for reappointment to
successive terms.
(c)A member of the board may be impeached under the procedure
provided for the impeachment of county officers.
