§ 14-27-6-10 — Board; appointment of members; first meeting
As soon as possible after the adoption of an
ordinance for the creation of a levee authority, the members of the
board shall be appointed as provided in section 8 of this chapter. The
members shall meet on the day of the first meeting of the board and
organize as the board.
