Indiana Statutes
§ 14-27-6-1 — Application of chapter
This chapter applies to the following:
(1)A city having a population of more than one hundred ten
thousand (110,000) and less than one hundred fifty thousand
(150,000).
(2)The county in which a city described in subdivision (1) exists.
