Text
(a)The committee shall, within five (5) days
after making an assessment, post written notices as follows:
(1)In three (3) public places in the township where the land
assessed is situated, near to the work done.
(2)One (1) at the door of the courthouse of each county in which
the land is situated.
(b)The committee shall note in the record in the committee's office
the time and place of posting of each notice.
