Text
A levee district or association that was created under a statute that was repealed by IC 19-3-2-106 (recodified as IC 13-2-19.5-9 before its repeal, and later recodified as this section):
(1)is not affected by the repeal;
(2)except as provided in subdivision (3), may continue to exist as
if the statute had not been repealed; and
(3)is subject to the requirements under this chapter.
