§ 14-27-3-17 — Applicability of statutes regarding assessments

Indiana·Art. 27 LEVEES, DAMS, AND DRAINAGE·Ch. 3 Control of Levees

All of the provisions of sections 7 through 13 of this chapter concerning:

(1)the payment of the cost of repairs of levees;

(2)the making of assessments for the cost;

(3)the right of appeal from the assessments; and
