Text

A person who knowingly rides or drives upon or over a levee constructed under law, except for the purpose of:

(1)passing over the levee:
(A)at a public or private crossing; or
(B)upon a part of a public highway; or
(2)inspection or repair; commits a Class B infraction. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-19-2.]
